V Robert Stanley CITRUS COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REQUEST: This request is for a Two-Part Variance from the Citrus County Land Development Code (LDC) to (1) allow for the construction of a singlefamily residence and a guest cottage having less than the required 50-foot minimum building setback from the mean high water line (35-feet with berm and swale), pursuant to Section 3501, Surface Water Protection Standards, of the LDC; and (2) allow for the construction of a single-family residence and a guest cottage having less than the required 65-foot minimum building setback from the centerline of the right-of-way line, pursuant to Section 2300, Building Setback Requirements and Height Requirements For All Land Use Districts, as specified in the LDC. The applicant is requesting to rezone multiple lots to allow placement of mobile homes and adjusting the shape/size of several other lots and tracts.
