Paragon (much like Re/Xplorer) is a web-based tool that accesses the MLS and requires no additional software to purchase or install. While it shares many of the features Re/Xplorer users are accustomed to, the Market Monitor and Paragon WiFi are two of the new features we'll cover that take the MLS experience to a new level. The Realtor Code of Ethics training course is a mandatory course requirement to be fulfilled every four years. The current four year requirement ends December 31, Failure to fulfill the Code of Ethics training requirement will result in termination from the Realtor Association membership.
