7 Terms of Payment A non-refundable reservation fee of 2,000 is payable upon reservation / exchange of contracts. 10% of purchase price (less reservation fee paid) is payable on exchange of contracts, within 21 days of reservation. A further 10% is payable in the form of a construction sum 12 months from the date of exchange.
