Company Profile HPML is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hutchison Property Group Limited (HPGL) and a member of CK Asset Holdings Limited. HPML has over 30 years of experience in property management and has been working closely with relevant government departments, owners corporations, owners committees and mutual aid committees to provide customers with quality management services in order to maintain the reputation and value of their properties. HPML manages more than 40 Hong Kong properties including residential buildings, clubhouses, shopping malls, office buildings, industrial warehouses and car parks, with over 30,000 residential units and over 9,000 parking spaces in the gross floor area of more than 35,000,000 square feet. Spanning over 20 major cities in Mainland China, HPML also manages more than 50 properties including private residential buildings, shopping malls, office buildings, clubhouses and car parks, with over 60,000 residential units and more than 40,000 parking spaces in the gross floor area of more than 100 million square feet.

3 Professional Services HPML provides property management services including security, cleaning, facilities maintenance, administration, accounting, etc. HPML holds the first type of security company licence, under licence no. 1641, issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority. With this authorised licence, HPML is allowed to provide comprehensive security services for the Hong Kong properties under its management. People HPML employs more than 4,300 full-time and part-time employees in both Hong Kong and the Mainland, in which more than 600 management professionals with bachelor s degree or above, and more than 120 staff with professional qualifications in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
