A copy of the existing LOI with the NDEP approved map is provided in Attachment 3. PSI performed recent reconnaissance on-site and has determined that there has not been any substantive changes in site conditions. The existing LOI approved SOW boundaries have been superimposed on the attached topographic survey as Figure 5. Based upon the above, the existing LOI should be extended an additional 5 years.
