16 City Overview LIMA, OHIO Lima is a city located in northwestern Ohio along Interstate 75 a little more than an hour north of Dayton, the sixth largest city in Ohio. The city of Lima is the county seat of Allen County and part of the Rust Belt. The Ottawa River runs through the city.
