4 The business Our clients have operated the business since During their ownership, they have developed a multi-function sports centre with facilities for indoor and outdoor 5-a-side football, children s indoor play, snooker, and functions. Turnover for the Hull Indoor Sports Centre is detailed below: Turnover 663, ,149 Ebitda 132, ,332 We are advised that turnover for the year end 31 December 2010 was 515, 000 with an Ebitda of approximately 119, 000. Further information about the business can be found on its website; The principal areas of business comprise: Frames snooker club The snooker club is open from 9am to 11pm everyday. One room provides the bar and lounge, another room holds 6 tables and the other 8. One of the tables is of championship standard. Current tariffs are 4 per hour peak and 3 per hour off-peak Pro - Soccer The five small-sided football pitches are open 7 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday mornings reserved for junior coaching. Pro - Soccer currently has over 100 teams within the league, which is the longest running and best known in the region, and also has pitches available for social games. 5 Little Monkeys Little Monkeys is open from 10am to 7pm every day (Fridays 9pm) and is the longest established children s play venue in the region. The play area has a height restriction of 4ft 10ins (average height of ten year olds) and can accommodate approximately 175 children, all of whom must be accompanied by an adult for supervision purposes. Current admission prices are summarised below: Age Schools holidays Weekdays and weekends (in school term) Under 5s and over The business offers a package for children s parties based on 7.99 per child. The Legends bar and function room The well-established function facility (25 years) is one of the city s best known and has a licensed capacity for 445. This part of the property is predominantly used by football teams from Sunday to Thursday, whilst on Friday and Saturday evenings the function room is hired out for parties (average room charge 150) including birthdays, wedding anniversaries and engagements. Fixtures and fittingsthe proposed building A We are advised that the trade fixtures, fittings and equipment are owned outright and are to be included in the sale.
