Testimony was also offered that the use would not have a negative impact on the community and would be in character with the surrounding neighborhood; the Board finds that there is no simple method in order to determine when there are too many beauty salons, nail shops or similar uses within one neighborhood. Going to this type of establishment is a very personal choice. It is not been shown that this business will take away customers from the existing similar uses.
