Schedule of restrictive covenants 1 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Transfer dated 3 June 1986 referred to in the Charges Register:- The Transferee hereby covenants with the Transferor and its successors in title for the benefit of the Adjoining Property and each and every part thereof that the Transferee shall:- (1) At all times hereafter duly observe and perform all restrictive and other covenants and conditions and the terms of all statutory licences affecting the Property or any part thereof and shall at all times indemnify and keep indemnified the Transferor and its successors in title from and against all proceedings costs claims and demands whatsoever under or in respect thereof or any of them (2) Not to deposit or permit or suffer to be deposited rubbish or leave or permit or suffer to be left skips on any part of Northfields and not obstruct or permit or suffer to be obstructed the access which 2 of 3
