5 2017 Fripp Island Homeowners Infmation Property Owners Association Annual Fees Homes & Lots: $915 Maintenance of all common areas and roadways Front Gate and Island Security Includes $50 Bridge assessment Various subdivisions have additional fees Sewer Assessment $503 per year thru 2027 Fripp Island Public Service District annual assessment f the new sewer plant will appear on your Beauft County tax notice Estimated Insurance Costs Homeowners may be required to carry flood and wind & hail insurance in addition to homeowners insurance. Total insurance cost will vary depending upon property age, size, use (rental vs personal), location and elevation.
