After the auction, our professionals will follow up with you, the closing attorney or title company and the seller to ensure the closings occur in a timely manner. This is an incredible opportunity to purchase real estate. All of these properties with the exception of the three noted in this brochure are being sold at absolute auction. As a buyer, absolute means there is no minimum price, no reserve price, no starting bids every property so designated is being sold, regardless of price. What is the starting bid? Bidding will start where you the buyers start. The owners only interest is in the final bid and as noted all, but three of the properties are selling at absolute auction where the properties sell regardless of price. How do I register for the auction? You may register immediately preceding the sale. Do you offer online bidding? YES! Online bidding will be available and will occur in real time. On auction day, simply log in and participate along with the live auction. What do I need to bring on auction day? On auction day, the high bidder will execute a contract and make a deposit as outlined in the terms and conditions.
