16 AGENT BIOS Robert Armstrong, Partner: Robert W. Armstrong graduated in 1979 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor s Degree in Real Estate. Robert has been brokering land sales in the Georgia area since In March of 1999, Robert W. Armstrong founded Atlanta Land Group (ALG) along with Jay Leslie. ALG has been a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firm in the state of Georgia from 1998 to 2011 and continue to be members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Over the past decade and a half, Robert and Jay and their agents have provided professional services to their clients which include land acquisition, zoning advocacy, assisting in site planning and design of over two billion dollars of commercial and residential property. Robert s list of clients range from local, regional and national firms specializing in small and large scale mixed use projects, retail, automotive, office, residential and multi-family uses. Robert and his wife of 27 years, Leslie, reside in Norcross, Georgia and all of the members of the Armstrong family Robert, Leslie, and their three kids, Anne Marie, Robert Jr., and Natalie, are active members of their church, schools and business communities in the North Fulton and Gwinnett County areas.

17 AGENT BIOS Jay Leslie, Partner: Jay Leslie is an Atlanta native. Jay is part of the original team that created Atlanta Land Group in Jay s real estate background is comprised of site selection and site representation. Site selection clients include: Fuqua Development, Home Depot, GM Worldwide Realty, The Hennessy Automotive Group, Dan Cowart Companies, and Jolly Development. Jay s experience includes site representation on small and large tracts of improved and unimproved land. Jay and his wife Caroline are graduates of the University of Georgia and have a daughter, Nancy, a recent High School graduate. Jay s interests include soccer, playing golf, hunting, and military history.

18 AGENT BIOS Mike Cahalan, Associate Broker: Mike Cahalan has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate and is engaged in several projects in the Southeast. Among other investment properties he is involved in mixed use, flex industrial and large land tracts for all uses. He has an extensive background in the commercial real estate business throughout the region from his past experience as a broker, investor and developer. Mike is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and recent award winner for closing over $100,000,000 in real estate sales since He was honored as a Top Ten Producer in his field of expertise and is currently a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. He received his BA from the University of West Georgia in 1979 where he majored in Business Administration. In 1998, he graduated with honors from the Keller Graduate School of Management with an MBA in Marketing.

19 AGENT BIOS Jim Hobbs, Associate Broker: Jim Hobbs spent his formative years traveling US and Europe due to his father s career in the US Army as an officer. He is extremely proud of his father s service which also shaped his skills for building relationships. Jim studied engineering in Virginia and attended ETSU. Jim has owned and operated numerous businesses in the Atlanta area for the past 30+ years. His latest endeavors being in the fields of residential development and real estate in the Low Country of South Carolina and surrounding areas. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina where he has been involved in commercial and residential brokerage. Jim is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Real Estate. Jim and his family reside in Norcross, Georgia where he is active at Mary Our Queen Church. He has two children; his daughter lives in Toronto, Canada and is employed at a The Children s Hospital as an RN and his son currently attends Georgia Southern. Jim enjoys fishing, golf and numerous outdoor activities.

20 AGENT BIOS Pete Galbiati, Agent: Pete brings a unique background and interesting mix of experience to Atlanta Land Group/KW Commercial. Growing up in the residential building business gave him a good eye and foundation for the potential that is sometimes hidden in properties. He has been a licensed real estate agent for over 6 years and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors. The majority of his past 15 years, however, have been spent helping corporate clients achieve their marketing goals. Pete s past client list and work include some of the largest companies and sports properties in the world. Pete grew up in the North GA mountains and has been a resident of Atlanta for over 20 years, giving him a great range of knowledge in different areas of the state as well as different types of land. He is an avid outdoorsman who s interests include: fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, golf, but mainly spending time with family. Pete s wife, Julie, is a native Atlantan and they reside in the Lakeside/North Briarcliff area with their daughter Emmie Jules.

21 AGENT BIOS Mark Kennedy, Agent: Mark brings over 18 years of real estate experience to Atlanta Land Group. During his tenure in the industry, Mark has specialized in residential land acquisition, disposition, assemblage and development. He has been involved in a number of significant projects including: Global Forum, a 70 acre development that was the first mixed-use project developed pursuant to Gwinnett County s new Mixed-Use Redevelopment (MUR) zoning ordinance; Ellison Lakes, a 130 acre mixed-use project in the City of Kennesaw which includes 900 multi-family units as well as a separate retail component, and The Reserve at Ivy Creek, a 115 unit townhome community adjacent to the Mall of Georgia, the Southeast s largest regional shopping mall. As co-founder of Kennedy Capital Group with his father, Mark was instrumental in the acquisition and development of four luxury town home communities in the Atlanta area including: 58 Sheridan, East Club, Marion Place and Canterbury ridge. In addition, the company was involved in the development of Mezzo, a high-rise condominium project located on Peachtree Road in Atlanta.
