3 Marketing Inventory (Northpoint) Pre-printed regional items, such as Discover the Difference Pre-Listing Portfolio, front/back cover sheets, pocket folders and announcement cards. Simply visit the Marketing Inventory website to fill out an order form. The office will be charged for all orders. Through RESource under the Web Links tab there is a pass-through under Office Admins/Office Manager Pass-throughs called The Marketing Inventory (Northpoint). RESource Ready-to-use items, such as ad headers, flyers, and information to assist with your marketing efforts. Items found on RESource are formatted for printing at The Copy Center. Office staff can log on using his/her network login. Visit RESource to download any marketing items. There is no additional charge. Once you log into the NRT Gateway there is a tile pass-through titled RESource. Most Marketing items can be found under the Marketing tab. M A S S A C H U S E T T S LISTING MATERIALS Congratulations, Your House Has Been Sold! 3 Weeks Before the Closing The Closing Electricity, Gas and Oil Bills Notify these companies of the your departure date and request your final bills. If your house is heated by oil, the company can estimate the amount of oil left in the tank. The new owners can reimburse you at the closing. House Keys Bring all house keys and garage door openers to the closing so you can give them to the new owners. Water Bill Call the town water and sewer departments for a final reading of your water meter. You must present the final bill, paid or unpaid, at the closing. If unpaid, the cost will be deducted from the purchase price. Smoke Detectors & Carbon Monoxide Detectors Massachusetts s law requires that smoke and carbon monoxide detectors be properly installed in your house. The local fire department will arrange for an inspection and, for a small fee, will issue the necessary certificate. Arrangements need to be made promptly as you cannot transfer the property without this certificate. 2 Weeks Before the Closing The Deed At the closing you must present a new deed conveying title to the property to the new owners. The deed can be prepared by your lawyer or by the lawyer representing the mortgage company for the new owners. Materials to assist you when meeting with your customers and clients. 4 The Copy Center is a company resource for color copying for office managers and administrators to copy materials cost effectively. The Copy Center bills the office s budget for the costs incurred. If sales associates are interested in utilizing The Copy Center, they should discuss this with their manager to determine how the office will be reimbursed for the cost. What Is The Cost? Printing Color: 18 cents for each side (36 cents for double-sided, i.e. duplex) Note: The Copy Center charges on a per-click basis. The system will determine the best way to print copies to save on costs. For example, a 5.5 x 8.5 postcard will be printed on a larger 11x17 sheet of paper. Four postcards can fit on an 11x17 sheet. This is considered two clicks and will cost.36 cents (2 sides of an 11x17 sheet of paper). Final cost of each postcard is.09 cents. Shipping Materials are sent via UPS Next Day. Customer pickup is available. Saturday delivery is not available. Cost will be dependent on service requested and weight. The Copy Center What Are Our Paper Options? Various weight paper, sizes and finishing services can be ordered. Cover: Thicker and more rigid than text stock used in items such as postcards or posters. Text: Thinner and easier to fold such as tri-fold mail brochures. Paper weights and options will be based on the product ordered.
