5 10. Bank reserves the right accept or reject any or all tenders before confirmation of sale and cancel the sale without assigning any reason whatsoever. 11. The initial deposit (25% of amount of bid as accepted by Bank including the EMD) shall be paid immediately on acceptance of highest bid by the authorized officer in respect of sale, failing which the EMD will be forfeited and the property shall be sold again and the defaulting purchaser shall forfeit all the claims purchase the property. 12.
