Main Street Camp Verde, Arizona Telephone: Fax: Crafters, It s time for Camp Verde s Annual 2017 Christmas Craft Bazaar and Parade of Lights. This year this event will be held on Saturday, December 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. The Bazaar will take place in the Community Center Gym. Enclosed is the information and paperwork needed for you to join us as a craft vendor. Each booth is $25 and if you do not already have a Camp Verde Business License you will need to complete the Special Event License Form enclosed for no additional charge. Electricity is limited and available for an additional $20 fee per booth. Additional liability insurance is not required for this event. Applicants must sign the liability waiver on the application form and no additional insurance will be required. Vendors are required to operate in a safe manner during the event. Vendors selling home-made food items must contact the Yavapai County Health Department for a temporary permit. This permit may or may not have a fee associated with it. Yavapai County Health will relay the permit information to us prior to the event. If you do not satisfy the Yavapai County Health Department s permit requirements, you will not be allowed to sell food at the Bazaar. To join us for this exciting event: - Return the enclosed Vendor Application Form with - a check for $25 (payable to Town of Camp Verde) for each booth. - Complete and return the Special Event Vendor Application if you do not already have a Camp Verde Business License. - Add $20 for each electric hook-up. Vendor by and through the signature on the registration form covenants and agrees that vendor releases, holds harmless and indemnifies the Town of Camp Verde, their Council, commissions, employees, volunteers, agents or other related parties from any and all losses, claims, judgements, damages or any amount owed by reason of any further claim, demand or action at law or in equity that may at any time be brought or made with regard to any occurrences, injuries, property damage or in any way related to the rental of booth or vendor space by Vendor. This indemnification clause specifically includes the payment of attorney's fees and legal expenses necessarily incurred to defend any and all claims made. Vendor acknowledges that no Booth/Vendor space worker is an agent, representative, employee or contractor of the Town of Camp Verde, its agents or representatives. Vendor will comply with all Federal, State, County and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations relating to the payment of taxes or charges in connection with the vendor s use of the vendor space. Hollamon St. in the rear of 395 S. Main St. Registration/Check-in - All Vendors must check in with Parks & Recreation staff prior to beginning set up. - Vendor Application Form must be complete and fees paid prior to set up. - Check in/set up begins Saturday at 8:00 am Booth Information - Each booth consists of two (2) eight foot (8 ) tables arranged in a L shape - Electricity is limited you must provide your own extension cord and the fee is $20 - Tables may not be moved at all. Metal folding chairs are available for your use Product Information - Products displayed and sold are to be handcrafted items suitable for a family environment. - Items judged to be offensive or inappropriate will be required to be removed from the booth - Selected resale items may be accepted if approved by Parks & Recreation in advance - Parks & Recreation reserves the right to refuse an application based on our judgment concerning the quality and/or appropriateness of the product(s) Hours of operation - All booths are expected to be open & staffed during the show hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm - Pick up must be complete and all material out of the building by 5:00 pm Parking Information - ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT PARKING OR CAMPING IN TOWN LOTS - Immediately after unloading, all vehicles must be moved from the streets around the event site in order to allow other vendors to unload and to provide customer access. - The Town of Camp Verde has several parking lots & there are no parking fees - All Town parking regulations will be enforced Santa - Christmas Parade Information - The Town will be hosting a Christmas Parade just outside the Gym starting at 6:00 pm and lasting until approximately 7:00 pm - Immediately after the parade Santa & Mrs. Claus will be arriving in the Gym to greet children on the stage. Santa normally comes to the Gym in the afternoon also. - During the parade Main St. is closed and may interfere with your vehicle movement check with Parks & Rec staff for details

Floor area for the Home Occupation is limited to 25% of the total floor areas of the structure(s) on the premises in which the home occupation is conducted.
