All submitted sealed bids should follow instructions and provide a clear pricing offer for the property as requested by the City of Monroe. All questions and inquiries concerning this matter shall be directed to Chris Bailey, Purchasing Agent, 215 North Broad Street, Monroe, GA at (770) or at cbailey@monroega.gov. Any deviation from this procedure for questions and inquiries may result in the disqualification of the submitted bid. Bid packages will be available for pickup at the City of Monroe, 215 North Broad Street, 2 nd Floor, Monroe, GA or by download from our website at on October 26, 2015 at 9:00 AM (EST).
