1 e-auction SALE NOTICE SALE OF PROPERTY MORTGAGED TO THE BANK UNDER THE SECURITISATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF FINANCIAL ASSETS AND ENFORCEMENT OF SECURITY INTEREST ACT, Whereas M/s Gavi Siddeswara Steels(India) Pvt Ltd has borrowed monies from Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank and UCO Bank against the mortgage and hypothecation of the properties more fully described in the schedule hereunder and the Bank has issued a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (Act) on calling upon the borrower M/s Gavi Siddeswara Steels (India) Pvt ltd and Guarantors Shri Ashok Kumar, V Kavishree, D Srinivasa Rao and D Chandrakant to pay the amount due to the Bank, being Rs.88,89,57,357.95/- plus interest from costs and expenses within 60 days from the date of the said notice. Whereas the borrowers having failed to pay the amount due to the Bank as called for in the said demand notice, the Bank has taken possession of the secured asset more fully described in the schedule hereunder on , and under Section 13(4) of the Act. Whereas the borrower having failed to pay the dues in full, the secured creditor, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank and UCO Bank have decided to sell the under mentioned secured asset in As is where is and As is what is condition under Section 13(4) of the Act read with Rules 8 & 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules The dues of the borrower as on works out to Rs.103,94,53, (Rupees One Hundred and Three Crores Ninety Four Lacs Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Three and Forty Eight Paise only) and interest thereon. Failure to remit the entire amount of the sale price within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of deposit of 25% of the tender price and forfeiture of all claims over the property and it will be resold. 11. The sale certificate will be issued in the name of the purchaser only, after payment of the entire sale price amount and other charges if any. 12. The purchaser shall bear the charges / fee payable for conveyance such as registration fee, stamp duty, etc., as applicable as per law. 13. The Authorized Officer has the absolute right to accept or reject the bid or postpone or cancel the sale, as the case may be without assigning any reason. 14.
