NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the City Council of Hammond, Louisiana hereby approves: Sec on 1: The annexa on of Acres owned by Monroe Manor Limited Partnership in accordance with survey by Andrew Faller as Lot 1A of the Rose Stassi Mini Par on Survey a ached hereto and made a part thereof : being Lot 1A of the Rose Stassi Mini Par on located at North Oaks Drive in accordance with survey by Andrew Faller; and Sec on 2: The zoning for said annexa on shall be C N (Commerical Neighborhood).
