6 Start up Cost (one time) fee *includes cards and folders $99 Annual and monthly fees (one time) fee Monthly tech fee $50 Annual tuition fee (taken out of first closing of the year) $420 *your first stock award covers much of that cost Commission split and fees 80/20 commission split on first $80,000 GCI Per transaction fee while at 80/20 $25 broker review $30 E&O Insurance (only on first 17 transactions a year) $16,000 yearly cap (every agent gets an anniversary date) 100% for the remainder of your year Per transaction while capped 100% $250 Transaction Fee Broker review $30 E&O Insurance ($500 cap/year) Team member - 1/2 cap ($8,000) Team/group members company caps shall be half (50%) of the normal company cap. Must qualify with exp Realty team policy. Team members will get company tools, training, revenue sharing eligibility and certain stock opportunities. More detailed information is on the team policy and guidelines. Icon agent program: Eligible agent to earn 100% cap relief in the form of up to $16,000 in public company stock. The program, aimed at attracting and incentivizing top agents into exp Relaty, provides each qualified icon with up to $16,000 in publicly-traded exp Realty International Corporation common stock upon the achievement of certain production goals within an agent s anniversary year. The company s cap is presently set at $16,000. Through the program, icons effectively earn up to their entire cap amount back in the form of public company investment. *Program may change. The number of shares issuable will be determined using a price per share that is a 20% discount to the average closing price of the company s common stock over the 30-day period preceding the last day of the month, subject to terms and conditions of the program. 1 In no event shall the number of shares increase in the event agent count falls below a previously achieved agent benchmark unless authorized by the Board of Directors in a separate resolution. 2 Upon reaching an agent count threshold number, the share award totals in place immediately prior to the achievement shall remain in effect for the balance of the calendar month in which the agent count achievement was reached. 3 Vesting requirement for first transaction award agent must remain with the company in good standing for a period of 3 years from date of company board resolution acknowledging the achievement and eligibility. 4 Vesting requirement for capping award capping agent must remain with the company in good standing for a period of 3 years from date of company board resolution acknowledging the achievement and eligibility. 4 Vesting requirement for attraction award the sponsoring agent who joins both remain with the company in good standing for a period of 3 years from date of company board resolution acknowledging the achievement and eligibility.
