3 CAR s Market Trends Reports are the most accurate statistics you can find! All of the data is collected and not just a sample. Data is collected from every MLS system in Colorado. All of the data is scrubbed to prevent duplicates and bad data. The data is aggregated so, there is no need to get stats from different MLS systems.

19 Share the Knowledge! What are two or three important statistics that others should know? Review your local reports and create a 3 4 sentence quote that summarizes the market in that area. Kelly Moye, Boulder County In Boulder county, new listings are up about 4%, a typical amount for a January. Prices have leveled off, however, with a slight decline of 2.7% since this time last year. In fact, with attached properties, all of the numbers are dipping in the negative territory, with the exception of the number of new listings, which is up by 6.9%.
