PUBLIC OFFERING STATEMENT 1. The name of the subdivision is: Sandwood Crossoing at Thirty Pines 2. The subdivider: Real Estate Development, LLC 66 Gilcreast Road Londonderry, NH The total subdivision shall be comprised of a One Hundred Two (102) lot development of single family homes located off of Borough Road, Concord, New Hampshire. The first, or initial phase shall be comprised of Twenty Seven (27) Lots. The second phase shall be separated into two (2) sub-phases for the entire remaining lots. 4. The land within the subdivision is currently subject to the following title encumbrances: (a) Mortgage from SC@TP Real Estate Development, LLC to Citizens Bank New Hampshire, dated 2 July 2003, in the total amount for the subdivision of $3,408,000.00, as recorded with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds ( the "Registry" ) at Book 2528, Page 1427; a Collateral Assignment of Leases and Rents from SC@TP Real Estate Development, LLC to Citizens Bank New Hampshire, dated 2 July 2003, as recorded with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds ( the "Registry" ) at Book 2528, Page 1447; a UCC-1 financing statement from SC@TP Real Estate Development, LLC to Citizens Bank New! 2
