3 Property Information Property and Location Highlights PARK CIRCLE AREA OF NORTH CHARLESTON, SC Park Circle, located in North Charleston within the I-526 / I-26 corridor, was originally composed of plantations which were eventually subdivided. Today, the area is the focus of a revitalization project with the establishment of new shops, eateries and eco-friendly LEED certified building projects bringing welcome changes to the area. Oak Terrace Preserve, formerly Century Oaks, is now home to the first phase of 374 environmentally friendly homes.
