Davis' primary market is the Delmarva region beginning east of the Chesapeake Bay and extending across Maryland, Delaware and Virginia to the Atlantic Ocean; however, he is knowledgeable in the Northeastern Florida market as well. SVN International Corporation has appointed Davis to be a member of the SVN Self Storage Product Council as well as the SVN Florida Hospitality Team. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, Davis has brokered over $500 million in volume. In 2015, Davis was ranked in SVN International Corporation's top ten advisors earning him the prestigious Partner's Circle designation. In 2016, Davis acquired a President's Circle ranking. Prior to joining SVN, Davis spearheaded various developmental projects and owned Davis Properties, Inc. and Davis Development Company, LLC. 13 About The Advisor BEN ALDER Senior Land Advisor PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Ben joined SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate in December 2011 after working as a biologist for Ducks Unlimited and then owning an environmental restoration company until Ben was first licensed as a land based real estate broker specializing in land and farm sales since Ben developed his real estate business based on his background in land use, real estate and natural resource management. With this foundation in brokerage Ben launched the SVN Land Group in early 2014 with the addition of advisor Nick Campanaro who has a background in economics and financial analysis. Recently Land Group added Doug Williams a licensed surveyor in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia, Doug specializes in the groups timber sales and commercial development projects. Ben attended The George Washington University where he obtained degrees in Biology and Environmental Science and has completed the course work for a Master s degree in natural resource policy. Additionally, Ben is a candidate for the Accredited Land Consulting designation offered by the Realtor Land Institute to candidates that complete specific educational requirements and have a track record of success in land brokerage.
