We want to ensure that our property owners get the calibre of renters they deserve and we believe that the screening process is one of the most important parts of the tenancy. Stringent checks are conducted through nationwide databases and all previous rental, business and personal references are verified and employment details confirmed, along with obtaining 100 points of identification from each applicant. We monitor tenant arrears on a daily basis and ensure that all tenants are signed up to our direct debit system whereby rent is automatically drawn from the tenant s bank account. We also ensure that you are kept informed throughout any arrears process.

Regular Inspections Routine inspections are carried out to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property and to check if any maintenance is required. We will advise you immediately of any maintenance or repairs required. Any necessary work is carried out by First National Port Macquarie approved tradespeople within the cost limit you have authorised. We will ensure that your property is inspected four times a year and will forward to you a detailed report including photographs following each inspection. We ask our tradespeople to provide before and after photographs for most work order requests to be able to present to you.
