In addition, entral Texas municipalities issued nearly 9,000 single-family building permits, the most since 00. ude said it's difficult to find a negative in the local housing market, even though it's part of his job to do so. "It is a magical time for our industry," said ude, principal of 30 eal state nalytics, an ustin-based real estate information and consulting firm.
