Surround sound system wiring is in place. A 5kW, 20 panel (LG) solar system (grid tied) helps with the electricity bill. For security there is a 4 camera system fitted. All windows are double glassed with tinted glass. The section is 2417m2 and is semi landscaped with several fruit trees. A Schist stone and aluminium front fence, complete with gates to the driveway entrance completes the street appeal. There is a tar seal and concrete drive. The colorsteel back and side fence with steel post enhances privacy. The sewage system is hocked into the main town system, not step septic system. A BBQ fire pit offers something a bit different.
