The streetlghts were turned off due to the falure of a recent ballot. In order to turn these streetlghts on near your property, an Assessment Dstrct must be created to collect the annual cost from adjacent property owners to operate and mantan the lghts. Ths s your opportunty to vote on whether you want to have streetlghts and accept the charge added to your property taxes to pay these costs.
