45 VERIFICATION Data integrity: painstakingly verify accuracy of subject properties used in the analysis Reviewed MLS listings for accurate entries (NWMLS, RMLS, Intermountain MLS) Verified that subject properties were valid Removed invalid subject properties Scrubbed those remaining subject properties for anomalous conditions
