2 APARTMENT RENTAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS LIBERTY BELL VILLAGE, L.L.C. WILLIAMSTOWNE MANOR, L.L.C. Kindly complete, sign and date, where indicated, the Apartment Rental Application Booklet and return intact to our Management Office at your earliest convenience. Please do not submit a Deposit at this time. Applicants who return the completed Applications and meet our Rental Criteria will be contacted upon Apartment availability for the requested Occupancy. Once the Management Office has contacted Applicant One, regarding an available Apartment, a two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollar partial Security Deposit plus a fifty ($50.00) dollar mandatory Credit Report Fee per Applicant are required to begin processing your Application. Credit Report Fees are nonrefundable. If a Co- Signer/Guarantor is needed, a separate Credit Report is required at an additional fifty ($50.00) dollar nonrefundable Fee. If we do not receive the required Deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, the Apartment will be offered to the next qualified Applicant and will no longer be reserved for you. The Deposit checks are payable as follows: $ Credit Report Fees: $ Partial Security Deposit: Liberty Bell Village, L.L.C. Or WilliamsTowne Manor, L.L.C. Liberty Bell Village, L.L.C. Trust Account Or WilliamsTowne Manor, L.L.C. Trust Account You will be contacted by telephone regarding the approval or rejection of your Application. If your Application is approved, the two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars will be applied toward the required one and one half (1-1/2) months Security Deposit. If your Application is rejected, the two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars will be refunded to you. If any one or all of the below signed Parties renege on the Apartment Rental after Applicant One has been verbally informed by telephone that the Application and Residency have been approved, the two hundred fifty ($250.00) dollars will not be refunded to you. Within five (5) days of the Application Approval, the Applicant(s) and if applicable Co-Signer/Guarantor are required to sign the Lease Agreement and all Leasehold Documents; in addition, the Applicant(s) must pay the balance of the Security Deposit and the first month s Rent. These Monies are payable in cash, certified checks or bank checks. Personal checks will not be accepted at Lease signing. However, thereafter, Applicant(s) may pay Monthly Rent with their personal check. Leases are signed Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 3:30pm ONLY. All 2 nd Floor Tenants Must Cover 90% Of The Hardwood Floors With A Minimum Of 29 Ounces Per Square Yard Of Residential Indoor Carpeting & 32 Ounces Per Square Yard Of Industry Standard Padding. The Carpeting & Padding Must Total A Minimum Of 61 Ounces Per Square Yard. This Document is used to inform you that a Consumer Report and/or an Investigative Consumer Report is being obtained from a Consumer Reporting Agency (Fidelis Screening Solutions) and Liberty Bell Village, L.L.C. and/or WilliamsTowne Manor, L.L.C. for the purpose of evaluating the undersigned Parties for an Apartment Rental. I/We understand this Report may contain information regarding credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living from public record sources or through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates. I/We hereby authorize and request any present or previous employers, present or previous landlords or apartment managers, police departments, financial institutions or other persons having personal knowledge about the undersigned Parties, to furnish bearer with any and all information in their possession regarding the undersigned Parties in connection with an Application for an Apartment Rental. I/We hereby authorize that a photocopy of this Document be accepted with the same authority as the Original, and specifically waive any written notice from any present or previous landlords or apartment managers who may provide information based upon this Authorized Request.
