The share of all Closed Sales that were lender-mediated fell to 2.9 percent. The Median Sales Price rose 7.8 percent to $200,000. The traditional Median Sales Price rose 7.4 percent to $205,000. The lender-mediated Median Sales Price rose 20.3 percent to $88,694.
