Days on - The aver age days on mar ket was down 11.8% fr om 118 days in to 104 days in. which are pending (under agreement to sell) are up 12.4% from 5,355 in to 6,019 in. Mortgage Rates 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.01 percent for the week ending 29,. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.32 percent.
