You may have a monument sign and two (2) building signs, or three (3) building signs. The entire Center is allowed one (1) interchange directory sign under a separate Planned Development Permit. The square footage of signage on this directory does not count against the number of square feet of signage on your individual site. The directory may not exceed seventy-five (75) feet above finish grade pending approval by the City of Santa Maria. This ideal location is situated on one of the last remaining parcels along U.S. Highway 101 in the Santa Maria, California. The highly visible site features easy vehicular access and is located in an area of commercial, residential and transit activity that occurs throughout the day and evening, resulting in high traffic counts The Betteravia Road exit is one of the first commercial areas that travelers encounter after the seventy-five mile trip from Santa Barbara. This property is in an area that is experiencing dramatic growth. Undoubtedly, the property will benefit from the surrounding residential development as well as the freeway, Power Center, Enos Ranchos Development and local traffic.
