Please read carefully the following information as well as the example given. Voorheis Auction & Realty must receive this affidavit of registration for bidder and broker/ salesperson at least 24 hours prior to the auction. If you are unsure or need additional information, please contact Brent Voorheis. Thank you. Commissions paid to the participating broker accordingly: A commission will be paid to the Broker at settlement at a rate to one and one-half per cent of your client s opening bid and an additional one-half per cent of the difference between the opening bid and final accepted high bid. For example: If you and your client agree to give an opening bid of $100,000 and the property sold to your client for a high bid of $150,000, your broker would receive 12% of the $100,000 and 2% of $50,000 for a total co-op fee of $1, To qualify, the Broker or Salesperson must: 1.
