Where the sale price of the property/ies is 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lacs) above, the successful purchaser has to deduct 1% of the sale price as TDS in the name of the owner of the property/ies remit to Income Tax Department as per section 14 IA of Income Tax Act only % of the sale price has to be remitted to the bank. 11.
