1 Purpse This dcument is a step-by-step guide t help yu thrugh the ARDI Team Registratin Prcess. This year s team registratin prcess is ALL electrnic! ARDI will cntinue t use a web-based team registratin tl that is integrated with the Destinatin Imaginatin website. Bth the DI website and the new RegisterYurTeam.rg website have very detailed help available t answer any questins yu might have thrughut the prcess. Hwever, if yu need any additinal assistance, yu can always reach ut t the ARDI Affiliate Directr fr assistance. Yu ll find cntact infrmatin at the end f this dcument. New this Year Team Manager/Crdinatr Tutrial. An nline tutrial vide is nw available. It utlines the registratin prcess n RegisterYurTeam.rg. T access the tutrial, click n Supprt n the RegisterYurTeam.rg hme page. Every year, all Arkansas teams are asked t help identify at least ne appraiser r supprt vlunteer. As yu knw, it is becming harder and harder t find vlunteers. We understand. Hwever, we d need appraisers t put n an effective turnament. If yur team is unable t secure an appraiser/vlunteer t help with the turnaments, a fee f $200 may be assessed s that we can hire appraisers t fill the turnament psitins. Parent Registratin Requirements Parent/Guardian Cde f Cnduct and Media Release frms are managed nline. This is part f the frm Parent/Guardians will fill ut when yu Add a Team Member. Simply invite the parents thrugh , prvide them with a link as directed in the instructins and mnitr the system fr their respnse. Yu will need all respnses psted nline befre yu ll be able t cmplete yur registratin. This registratin prcess can be dne n a mbile phne but des ask fr an address s that team managers may cmmunicate with parents via thrughut the seasn. If yu have parents/guardians that d nt have access t a phne/cmputer/internet, cnsider inviting them t yur team meeting and letting them fill in the paperwrk during a meeting. Vlunteers Every team is required t submit at least ne appraiser. Yu can sign-up additinal appraisers by simply sending the link t multiple vlunteers. Vlunteers are the lifebld f DI, we need all the Supprt Vlunteers we can get t help make ur turnaments successful. We simply culdn t d it withut ur wnderful vlunteers. If yu knw f anyne that wuld like t vlunteer in any capacity, just have them fill ut the Supprt Vlunteer frm. See Supprt Vlunteer sectin fr details. Appraisers will submit their wn frms after yu invite them thrugh this registratin tl.

3 The Lgin screen will appear. Click here that is circled belw.

4 Enter yur and passwrd. Click Lgin NOTE: If yu d nt have an accunt, then click Create New Accunt r fllw the instructins at this link: Access yur teams by clicking Teams drp dwn menu. Then, click my teams. NOTE: If yu are a Team Manager fr mre than 1 team, all yur teams will be displayed n this screen.

5 This is yur Manage Teams page. T edit the team, click the Mdify pencil next t the team yu wish t update.

6 The Edit Team screen will appear. Fill this screen ut by entering yur: Organizatin, Lcatin, Regin Team Name, Challenge, and Level Team Manager Infrmatin Team Member Infrmatin NOTE: Yu can als view Digital Material. NOTE: Make sure the Active buttn is checked. Remember, yu may change challenges as ften as yu like t view the different challenge materials, but yur final selectin must be made befre the registratin deadline.

7 When yu click n Add Team Manager frm the Edit Team screen. The fllwing screen will appear. Fill ut Team Manager infrmatin. When yu click n Add Team Member frm the Edit Team screen. The fllwing screen will appear. Fill ut Team Member infrmatin.

8 Help Select the buttn fr Help. The fllwing screen will appear. This cmpletes the first part f the registratin prcess.

9 Register fr Reginal Turnament Enter Parent / Guardian cntact infrmatin Parent/Guardian will be required t a t agree t the standard Cde f Cnduct and Media Release. Cntact and emergency cntact infrmatin is cllected, alng with health cncerns, age, and grade. Enter Appraiser cntact infrmatin: Teams must submit at least 1 appraiser Agreement Cde f Cnduct fr appraisers is required Enter additinal vlunteers. We need everyne we can get t help! G t the Register Yur Team hme page: The fllwing screen will appear. Enter yur and passwrd. This is the SAME and passwrd as yu entered n the DI site. Click Lgin NOTE: If yu d nt have an accunt, then click Dn t have a DI accunt? r fllw the instructins at this link:

10 OOPS! If yu d nt have any teams, this screen will appear. Select Missing a team?

11 This screen will appear with infrmatin.

12 If yu have teams, then the fllwing screen will appear. If infrmatin is nt set when registering the team, a message will appear belw. Yu may g back t the DI registratin prcess abve t update OR yu may Edit Basic Infrmatin as shwn belw. Click n Register fr Turnament. Select Start Registratin.

13 Fill in Basic Infrmatin by clicking n Edit Basic Infrmatin. Once yu have cmpleted all sectins, click Submit Registratin n the right-hand side. Submit Registratin will be greyed ut until all sectins are cmpleted.

14 Fill in Team Managers if nt cmplete. If paperwrk is cmplete and everyne is listed, then click Everyne here? Mark sectin cmplete. Each Team Manager will need t lg in separately t cmplete their paperwrk.

15 T Add Team Members and manage Team Members paperwrk, click +Add Team Members. If parents cmplete paperwrk and everyne is listed, then click Everyne here? Mark sectin cmplete. If a team member needs t be added, fllw instructins in this pp-up screen. NOTE: Be sure t infrm the parents/guardians f the registratin deadlines. Yu will nt be able t cmplete yur registratin withut all infrmatin back frm the parents/guardians.

16 Belw is a sample f the Parent/Guardian frm s that yu will knw what it lks like and can help the parents/guardians cmplete the frm. Team Member Registratin Sectin Fr this sectin, Parents/Guardians shuld enter the student s infrmatin. Parent/Guardian Infrmatin Sectin Fr this sectin, Parents/Guardians shuld enter their infrmatin. Blded fields are required.

17 Emergency Infrmatin Sectin Fr this sectin, Parents/Guardians shuld enter an emergency phne number fr their child. Parents/Guardians can als prvide any ther health infrmatin that they wuld like the Team Manager(s) t be aware f. Blded fields are required.

18 Participatin Agreement Sectin Please read the agreements. If yu are a parent/guardian, select the first agreement ptin at the bttm. If yu are filling ut the electrnic frm n behalf f a parent/guardian frm a printed frm, select the secnd agreement ptin.

19 T manage Appraiser Vlunteers, click +Add Appraisers. If an appraiser needs t be added, fllw instructins in this pp-up screen. Please nte, that if a team cannt find an appraiser, a fee f $200 may be assessed. The fees will be used t hire the needed Appraisers fr the turnament. NOTE: Be sure t infrm the appraiser f the registratin deadlines. Yu will nt be able t cmplete yur registratin withut all infrmatin back frm the appraiser(s).

20 Supprt Vlunteers T sign-up Supprt Vlunteers, please refer them t the Register Yur Team website at the fllwing address: If yu d like the vlunteer t represent yur team, then prvide them with yur team number. They will enter the team number n the Vlunteers representing a team tab, therwise have them fill ut the frm by starting n the Vlunteers nt representing a team tab. ARDI appreciates any vlunteers that are willing t give their time t make this prgram successful and enjyable fr the children!

21 Help Fr Help, click Once yu have clicked Submit Registratin, then yur registratin prcess is cmplete.
