6 For information, the amount of increase is usually calculated by assessing the value of the relevant property with all planning permissions/allocations accrued and deducting from this value the aggregate of the current use value and the relevant costs incurred in achieving any planning permissions. SERVICES: Mains electricity, gas and water are close to the barns while a sewage bio-disc plant, or similar, is to be installed by the purchasers of the barns in the location indicated on the approved plans (or other location with the approval of Copeland Building Control). The cost of installation and subsequent maintenance of this system is to be split equally between Barn 1 and the two dwellings in Barn 2 i.e. 1/3 rd of the cost to each of the 3 dwellings.
