1 AGREEMENT CONDITIONS FOR A CAR RENTING Between the following parties: LEO RENT A CAR(The Car Owner/the lessor) Car usage: the Leaseholder 1. The leaseholder has rented a tourist vehicle from the lessor for use in the Lebanese territories only. The leaseholder shall not use the rented car outside Lebanese territories. In doing so, the leaseholder will be fully responsible for the vehicle and be in dereliction of article 636 of the Lebanese penal code. 2. Leaseholder and any additional driver must respect the minimum requirements for driving the rented car: Minimum age: 21 years old and minimum time driving licence held: 3 years for car groups MDAV, EDAV, CDAV, IDAV, SDAV, SFBV, FDAV and FFDV. Minimum age: 25 years old and minimum time driving licence held: 5 years for car groups PFDV, OFDV, LFDV and LXAV. 3. The leaseholder undertakes to return the vehicle with its complete systems and framework as well as the vehicle s documents and accessories to the location agreed upon with the lessor and indicated on the contract over. The leaseholder consent to have received the rented vehicle after carefully inspecting it, starting it and finding it to be free from any defects and fit to use. 4. The leaseholder undertakes not to use the vehicle for any of the following purposes: The transportation of goods of any kind, especially those which are in contradiction with prevailing Lebanese penal and custom Laws, The transportation of passengers or merchandise for explicit or implicit remuneration, the pulling or trailing of any vehicle or trailer and the participation in automobile sporting activities which include racing speed fixing and drag car racing.

The vehicle shall not be driven in a way that is in contradiction with the prevailing traffic laws of the Republic of Lebanon should this take place, the leaseholder shall assume all losses and damages caused by such actions since the leaseholder has been informed of the insurance policy which does not cover accidents and damages resulting from the above. The leaseholder undertakes not to drive the car while under influence of drugs or alcohol. 6. The leaseholder holds full responsibility if he let another party other than him to drive the rent car without any written permission given by the lessor; the latter is exempted from any responsibility against the second party, and against the party driving the car; while the leaseholder has full responsibility for damages that may be inflicted on others and on rented car because of this contravention. 7. The leaseholder holds full responsibility for losing the car because of his carelessness in case of theft or armed theft; as he is responsible for all damages resulted throughout the duration of the stealing, while the car owner is exempted from any responsibility. 8. The leaseholder reads and agrees the conditions of the insurance contract. 9. Smoking and animals are not permitted in the vehicle at any time. 10. The leaseholder shall at or before the expiry of the term of hire, deliver the vehicle to the branch detailed in the Schedule, or obtain the owner s consent to the continuation of the hire. (Note: No refund is available to the hirer if the vehicle is returned earlier than stated in the Schedule). 11. In the event of loss of the vehicle registration documents pertaining to then to the company customer shall be charged a penalty equal to $300.

3 12. The car owner is not responsible for any mechanical problems that may occur to the car during the car rental. 13. The leaseholder has been made to understand and therefor agree, by signing this contract, that he or she will pay, without any delay, the following refundable accident deposits. Insurance: 1. The leaseholder undertakes money charges and holds full responsibility for all accidents that the insurance company doesn t cover; as he holds full responsibility for all damages if he drives the car in violation of traffic laws. The leaseholder has to inform immediately the lessor in case of any accident of any kind (theft-traffic-attack), as he doesn t have to present any notice or statement except after the expert comes and determines the causes of the accident and the responsibility of the said leaseholder. 2. All risk insurance coverage with deductible damages franchise per accident up to $300 for categories MDAV, EDAV, CDAV and IDAV, $600 for categories SDAV, SFBV, FDAV and FFDV and 1000$ for categories PFDV, OFDV, LFDV, and LXAV. 3. Our insurance does not cover any damage caused by terrorist attack, natural disasters and wars. 4. Theft of radio and personal properties are not covered % from the car value will be charged in case of total loss or theft.

4 Payment Process: 1. The payment must be in Lebanese pound or US Dollars 2. VAT TAX is to be added on rates and extras. 3. Leo Car accepts all kind of credit cards. 4. Payment should be made in advance of the rental period (booking online requires to pay 50% of the amount and 50% at the end). If not, all legal actions will be taken immediately in order to settle the bill. 5. The Leaseholder must pay a fine ticket and bring a copy of the payment to the agency. 6. In case a fine is received after the rental period, Leo car will directly inform the client in order to settle it. 7. The car must be returned with the same level of gas. In case Leo Car will fill the car with gas, the Leaseholder has to pay for it. 8. By signing these terms, Leo car has the right to debit your credit card in order to obtain the payment of any breach of the terms and conditions ( gas, fines, accidents ).

5 Booking rules: 1. Free delivery and collection at any location in Lebanon for a rental period of more than 2 days. 2. Minimum duration for any rental period is 24 hours, and if you exceed that period you will be automatically charged for a day. 3. A booking can be changed up to 1 week before the start of the rental period. Any change made after this deadline will be charged for $ A booking can be cancelled up to 1 week before the start of the rental period. Any cancellation after this deadline will be charged for $30. Extras 5. In case of accident or breakdown, a similar car will replace it immediately as our service is 24/24 hours. 1. Baby seat is available for $20 / rental. 2. GPS available for $10 / day.
