3 About Us 01 celebrating years 140 Est WW Martin was established in 1877 and celebrated 140 years of trading in 2017! Based in Kent, WW Martin offers main contractor services across all sectors in the South of England. 4 Services 02 At WW Martin, the team undertakes a variety of construction activities and is split across four divisions including: Interiors We deliver a diverse range of services, from interior fit out to planned maintenance across national frameworks and individual projects. Major Projects We deliver major construction works across a number of sectors, including but not limited to education, residential, commercial, leisure, health and heritage projects. Special Projects We directly employ over 40 skilled operatives to deliver a broad range of complex construction projects for both public and private sector clients. Joinery We craft bespoke, high-quality joinery for a variety of clients either as part of our existing commissions or as individual custom orders. 6 7

5 Experience 03 Interiors Our interiors team provides high-quality construction services at speed, with minimal disruption to the client. We specialise in all types of interior fit out work, from one-off projects to roll-out programmes and frameworks. We work across both the public and private sectors including retail, banking, office, hospitality, residential, health and education. We are proud to be an approved Framework Agreement partner for Kent County Council, and we have recently completed multiple projects under the New Ways of Working 8 initative for the refit of their offices. 9

9 Community Involvement 05 Community involvement and corporate social responsibility is an important part of our business. We make a strong commitment to engage with local people and businesses in as many ways as we can. As a main employer in Kent, the majority of our supply chain partners are based in our home county and we firmly believe in providing training and employment opportunities within the construction industry. In 2017 we announced that we are working with Kent County Council to support Made in Kent, a campaign to encourage young people to explore apprenticeships and to help create the workforce of tomorrow.
