2 The President and Council of the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong welcome members to join ASHK Annual Dinner 2012 on Tuesday, 6 November 2012 from 6:15 pm to 10:00 pm at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Happy Valley Clubhouse, The Chater Room I-III, 2/F, 25 Shan Kwong Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong DRESS CODE: Business attire Members and Accompanying Persons HK$780 per person Newly qualified Fellow members* and ASHK Committee members** are cordially invited to attend the Dinner on a complimentary basis. The lists of the Fellow members and Committee members are attached herewith for information. Attendees of the 12th Appointed Actuaries Symposium The symposium is BY INVITATION only. Separate reply slip for the Annual Dinner and Symposium with details on registration fee will be sent to invitees. TRANSPORTATION: Complimentary car parking space is available at the Happy Valley Clubhouse. In addition, a coach transfer from the Clubhouse to Causeway Bay and Admiralty (First stop at Times Square and final stop at Admiralty Centre, MTR Exit A) has been arranged at the end of the Dinner. The coach will be leaving from the Clubhouse at 10:00 pm.
