1 hyde development Redeveloping brownfield sites into new, sustainable, quality buildings Paul Hyde co-founded Hyde Development with his father Mac in Previously, Paul was a partner and co-founder of Real Estate Recycling. Paul focuses on redevelopment in the Minneapolis market and has developed over 1.3 million square feet of new industrial buildings to date. Paul is also a partner in Hyde Management, a commercial property management business that now manages over 2 million square feet of commercial buildings in Minnesota. Paul s development projects have received numerous awards including six Best in Real Estate awards from the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal and six NAIOP Awards of Excellence. Continuing in this spirit, Paul remains dedicated to working with communities, architects, builders and tenants to deliver quality buildings and lasting relationships. Secure grant funds, launch tightly scheduled cleanup and redevelopment as soon as cleanup funds secured on July 1 Secured lead tenant who needed space Dec 1, discovered new pollution requiring additional cleanup and supplemental grant funding. Clean up crews worked seven das a week, 12 hours a day. Project completed on time. Leased up ahead of schedule. The building has many LEED features including: - Extensive glass for natural light - Low flow fixtures in restrooms - Parking for bikes and hybrid cars In addition, prairie restoration tings were used in the landscaped areas to dramatically reduce the water use for irrigation and C02 emission from lawn mowing. and two Rescape Awards (Economic Impact and Environmental Award)

3 North loop Minneapolis, Minnesota Acquire forclosed infill Hennepin Steam Building in hot up-andcoming North Loop Neighborhood. This historic 1888 brick and timber structure is now home to diverse mix of tenants including: - Digital Marketing Agency FRWD Work with lender and broker to lease up the building before we closed on acquisition. Lease up with final tenant took 12 months longer than anticipated, patience and problem solving with lender and tenant led to a successful closing. Lease up completed in August Design and Animation Firm PUNY - Trendy Bar and Lounge The Tangiers

4 Caribou Coffee World HQ Brooklyn Center, Minnesota Redevelop nine acre site with significant pollution with first new speculative industrial building in 5 years. This build-to-suit for corporate headquarters has many LEED features including: De-list Site from Superfund list, perform cleanup and construct new office, warehouse and roasting facility within nine months. - Extensive glass for natural light and NAIOP Award of Excellence (Light Not environmental, but rather tailoring lease document around Islamic Sharia law as required by then owners of Caribou Coffee while still allowing for typical financing. Caribou Headquarters occupies 109,000 SF of the brownfield site turned into a modern office warehouse in Industrial Build-to-Suit)
