Paul focuses on redevelopment in the Minneapolis market and has developed over 1.3 million square feet of new industrial buildings to date. Paul is also a partner in Hyde Management, a commercial property management business that now manages over 2 million square feet of commercial buildings in Minnesota. This historic 1888 brick and timber structure is now home to diverse mix of tenants including: - Digital Marketing Agency FRWD Work with lender and broker to lease up the building before we closed on acquisition. Lease up with final tenant took 12 months longer than anticipated, patience and problem solving with lender and tenant led to a successful closing.
