The study was run for the Ministry of Local Government. The 15 experts under this team were as follows: - Design engineers, environment experts, sociologists, surveyors, Finance experts, Lawyers and Planners Participated in writing the first Strategic plan for Ministry of Roads and Public Works Participated in writing a chapter on Human Resource Development for the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP), A government policy document for the Ministry of the ministries of finance and Planning commissioned by intermediate technology development group itdg (ea) to do a research report on the status of Maasai settlements entitled; inventory of building resources, techniques and designs for maasai integrated shelter project (MISP).
