2 Our Design viewpoint Conceptions become our reality, which is not only perceived but what we apply our conceptions to in order to understand it. Nothing is good or bad; but thinking makes it so ~(Hamlet). A painter paints through his ideas, memories, and experiences but also with lone, color and shapes. A sculptor not just his ideas but with clay, plaster, stone and steel. A poet is driven by what is in his mind but also with language and formalities of discipline. If whatever that can be conceived, can be achieved, with realistic conditions in place, even something as free as the mind requires certain cause to make it real. When we habituate ourselves with certain thought patterns it produces certain mental states. So why not be able to produce an ultimate state of mind by accustoming ourselves with the conception of such a thing? Do you have an example of an experience you had that wasn't dependent on your state of mind? Or a mental state that wasn't dependent on your thoughts?

(Formerly University of Roorkee) Member Council of Architecture HS-Associates a specialized Architecture-Interior Design firm was established in April 2015 in New Delhi, India by Mr. Sandeep Kumar who is the Founder and Principal Architect. Mr. Sandeep has worked with some of the leading Architectural Design practices in & around New Delhi for last more than 15 years. With his vast experience in design, consultancy and Management services, he founded HS- Associates with the aspiration of providing excellence in design and quality of service. He has worked with A. Sharma Associates one of the leading Design firm for Hospitality projects, for almost 10 years as architect, and rose to the position of studio in-charge in 2012, as a project architect he was involved in some of the prestigious projects in NCR, India and abroad. As a studio In-charge he has developed the invaluable knowledge of managing staff and resources in an effective and efficient manner, and highly focused with comprehensive understanding of Architecture Planning, Project Planning and Control, Architectural detailing and Interior Designing and various aspects of architectural practices. Apart from hospitality projects, he has done commercial, housing, industrial retail interiors and high end villas. Previous to this, he has worked with Nirman consultants and Livin systems in Delhi, and involved in some industrial and interior designing projects

4 Harsh Enkhia Architect & Co-Founder B. Arch IIT-R. Mr. Enkhia has worked with one of the leading Architectural Design and Project Management practices in & around New Delhi for last more than 15 years. With his vast experience in design, consultancy and Management services, he founded HS-Associates with the aspiration of providing excellence in design and quality of service. He has worked with Archetype-India as Lead Design Manager, Where he was involved with Design Management of Hyatt Place Gurgaon & Grand Hyatt-Colombo-Sri Lanka apart from this he was also involved in Courtyard & Fairfield inn by Marriott at Bangalore & Chennai owned by SAMHI Group. Previous to this, he was Senior Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle-JLL and was involved in Design Management of ITC Yamuna project owned by Logix group-noida and have also Lead & Managed Office Fit out Project for FISERV India at Noida, and completed the same in a record time of 90 Days for 2,05,000 Sq.ft. of area. He has worked with A Sharma Associates which is one of the leading Design firm for Hospitality projects for more than 7 years and was the Senior Associate. He was responsible for various Hospitality, Commercial and Mixuse development projects during his long tenure at ASA-Delhi. Previous to this, he was in-charge of Architectural division at Mansingh Group for MMX-Shopping Mall at Ghaziabad for complete duration of Project.
