2 About THIS PACKAGE The Planning Department has prepared this information package to profile each Business Improvement Area (BIA). The intention is to provide business owners and interested parties with relevant information such as land use data (zoning of BIA parcels), demographic information concerning the BIA and surrounding communities, and general financial assessment information of properties within the BIA boundary. Through this package, the Planning Department continues to support BIAs as an economic and social asset to the surrounding neighbourhoods, local community, and the City of Windsor.
