1 Generation No Jacob C 1 POWELL was born and died He married MARY ELIZABETH Conley. She was born Abt in South Carolina 2. Notes for JACOB C POWELL: NOT PROVEN!, that Jacob and James E are brothers, but it appears likely. In 1860, Sarah (30) and Elizabeth (33) were in household of Jacob. In 1900, these two ladies were listed as aunts in household of Frin D, son of James E Powell. In 1870, Jacob and James were enumerated adjacent each other.
