Early 2014: MMRA creates an HPOZ Committee - explore options against mansionization March 2015: ICO Neighborhood Conservation Area March 2015: MMRA contracts with firm ARG to complete a Historic Resources Survey. September 2015: Survey by ARG completed 2016: Working group meetings for draft Preservation Plan
