P R O C L A M A T I O N TO OUR BELOVED AND FAITHFUL the Members elected to serve in the Legislative Assembly of our Province of Manitoba, and to each and every of you - GREETING. WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Manitoba now stands adjourned; AND WHEREAS it is deemed appropriate to request the Administrator by a Royal Proclamation effective on the fifth day of April, 1999, to prorogue the Fourth Session of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Province of Manitoba and to summon the said Legislature for the dispatch of business on the sixth day of April, 1999; NOW KNOW YE THAT, for divers causes and consideration, and taking into consideration the ease and convenience of our loving subjects, we have thought fit, by and with the advice and consent of our Executive Council of our Province of Manitoba, to hereby prorogue the Fourth Session of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Province of Manitoba effective on Monday, the fifth day of April, 1999, and to convene the Fifth Session of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Province of Manitoba on Tuesday, the sixth day of April, 1999, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon for the dispatch of business in our Legislative Assembly of our Province of Manitoba, in our City of Winnipeg, there to take into consideration the state and welfare of our said Province of Manitoba and therein to do as may seem necessary.
