HAROLD ELSWORTH 4 BISHOP (John Sherman 3, Joshua 2, James 1 ) was born on 25 May 1904 in Cumberland, Allegany, Maryland, USA. He died on 30 Sep 1979 in St Petersburg, Pinellas, Florida, USA. The family moved to Keyser, WV where he became an Instrumentation foreman at the Luke Plant of West Virginia Pulp and Paper Mill which later became Westvaco. He was also a watch repairman and this hobby continued even after their move to Florida. He worked at Westvaco for nineteen years until his retirement as an engineering technician in He and his wife Minnie moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. He was a Thirty-third degree Mason and a member of the Ali Ghan Shrine Temple and belonged to the Instrument Society of America.
