2 an BRITISH COLUMBIA May 23, 2012 Dear Stakeholder: Last month, you received an invitation to one of two regional stakeholder roundtables taking place in Prince George (which took place on May I 1h) 1st) or Prince Rupert (scheduled for June Given the positive response to the sessions so far, we are offering an additional roundtable in Fort St. John. This event will take place on Thursday June l4 from loam to 3:30pm. As you may recall from previous correspondence, these roundtables are one component of the BC Policing Plan initiative to develop a strategic plan for policing. The roundtables are designed to engage communities in identifying public safety issues, defining priorities and suggesting solutions on policing and crime prevention for further exploration and input into the strategic plan. Discussion topics include public and community safety, crime prevention and policing responsibilities.
