3 Road Racing (Motor Vehicle Rally) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2010 Article 1 ROAD RACING (MOTOR VEHICLE RALLY) (No. 2) (JERSEY) ORDER 2010 Made 23rd September 2010 Coming into force 23rd September 2010 THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Law and on the application of the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club, orders as follows 1 General provisions (1) This Order is subject to the Road Racing (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order (2) The promoters, for the purposes of that Order and this Order, are the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club. 2 Use of roads for races with motor vehicles (1) The promoters may use a course specified in a Part of the Schedule for races with motor vehicles, but may do so only on the date and between the hours specified in that Part in relation to the course. (2) For the purpose of that use of a course, the promoters may close the course to traffic on the date and between the hours so specified in relation to the course. 3 Citation This Order may be cited as the Road Racing (Motor Vehicle Rally) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order CONNÉTABLE M.K.
