3 The Wyoming Technology Transfer Center officially recognized the first class of and Master in the year Since that time, the program has grown tremendously and the Center is proud to honor the most recent class of The Class of There are now a total of 71 Master and 144. Being recognized as a Roads Scholar requires the successful completion of at least twelve (12) Wyoming Technology Transfer Center workshops. Of these, one must be the Annual Transportation and Safety Congress and one must be Work Zone Traffic Control. Recognition as a Master Roads Scholar requires the successful completion of at least twenty (20) Wyoming Technology Transfer Center workshops, with the same two required workshops as for Roads Scholar recognition. The men and women listed in this booklet are commended for their commitment to continuing their education and improving their skills. The Roads Scholar program was instituted to reward such individuals for their dedication to excellence.
